Every piece ships from our workshop in Kumamoto, Japan.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared by hand and typically ship within 2–3 business days of order. During launch weeks and holidays this may extend to 5 business days — we'll email you if so.
Shipping Methods
- DHL Express — tracked, insured, door-to-door.
- Japan Post EMS — tracked, insured, slightly slower, lower cost.
Transit Times from Japan
- United States: 5–8 business days (DHL) / 7–12 business days (EMS)
- Canada: 5–9 business days (DHL) / 8–14 business days (EMS)
- Europe & UK: 4–7 business days (DHL) / 7–12 business days (EMS)
- Australia & NZ: 4–7 business days (DHL) / 7–12 business days (EMS)
- Asia: 3–5 business days (DHL) / 5–9 business days (EMS)

Prices shown at checkout do not include destination-country duties or import taxes. Customs duties and rules vary by country and change over time. Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your piece leaves the workshop.
Issues with Delivery
If your order is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, email tatamino.net@gmail.com and we'll file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement or refund immediately.
