Returns & Refunds
Every piece leaves our Kumamoto workshop checked by hand. If something isn't right when it arrives, we'll make it right.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. The piece must be in unused, resalable condition.
How to Start a Return
Email tatamino.net@gmail.com with your order number and a short note on what you'd like to return. We'll send a return label and the workshop address.
Return Shipping
- Defects or shipping damage: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
- Change of mind: you cover return shipping; refund is issued once the piece arrives back at the workshop.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. International card refunds may take an additional 3–7 days to appear depending on your bank.
Lifetime Repairs
Every Tatamino piece comes with free lifetime repairs. If the weave frays, a corner comes loose, or stitching gives out after years of use, send it back to Kumamoto and we'll repair it. You cover shipping to us; we cover return shipping after repair.
Exceptions
Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless defective.
